Whole, pasture raised lamb. Our lambs are free range with access to local grasses and shrubs. Heritage breed St. Croix lamb is known for lean, mild tasting meat. This item is a RESERVATION ONLY. The total cost will be based on the final dressed weight of the lamb at $20/lb. Whole lambs usually weigh 30-45 lbs each. Once we receive your order we will contact you with our next available butcher date.
