Lamb

St. Croix sheep are thrifty, thrive on pasture, have strong parasite resistance and commonly raise 2-3 lambs each year. St. Croix are hair sheep, opposed to wool sheep, so they shed their coats each year.  As avid foragers, our flock of St. Croix proceed our chickens in the pasture, keeping the grass mowed to a level that the chickens can enjoy.
