We love to serve goose for special occasions and for guest year-round! Though once common, few people today have experienced the succulent taste of goose meat. In addition to the rich, dark meat, drippings from a roast goose yield fine cooking fat and stock for soups and other recipes. Our geese are raised free-range on pasture over the summer, taking advantage of summer sun and fresh pasture growth. They are talented foragers and love to harvest their own greens. We use no growth hormones, chemicals, or antibiotics. We accept deposits for geese throughout the year and butcher each fall. Remaining final payment is due at or before time of pick up.

Rich, savory goose. Need I say more? Geese are packaged frozen without giblets in a BPA-free shrink bag. We will contact you 2-3 weeks before your order is available for pick-up. Final payment is based on the dressed weight of the goose at $8.96 per pound and due before or at time of pick-up. Dressed geese weigh 8-12 lbs each.
